1.1 Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) is a league owned and operated by ANHI Sports Venture Private Limited, having its corporate office at 603, Tower A5, M3M Woodshire, Sector-107, Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122018, (“ECL”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). We provide a platform for cricket teams, players, and influencers to collaborate, compete, and engage with fans. This platform includes match schedules, player contracts, team management, and sponsorships. Any player, team representative, influencer, or visitor browsing the platform shall be referred to as “User”, “You”, “Your”, or “Participant” as the context requires. These Terms form a binding agreement between You and ECL.
1.2 These Terms govern Your use of Our services, which include match scheduling, player registrations, team management, sponsorship opportunities, and digital media engagements through our website, mobile applications, and any other channels connected to ECL (“Platform”). By using any of these services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2.1 The Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) is an entertainment-driven cricket league featuring social media influencers, content creators, and other public figures competing against each other in the sport of cricket. ECL brings together influencers from various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to compete in teams and promote sportsmanship, entertainment, and fan engagement.
2.2 The league offers not only cricket matches but also an immersive social media experience where fans can interact with their favorite influencers, track team performance, participate in virtual activities, and enjoy live-streamed content.
2.3 ECL aims to provide a unique fusion of entertainment and sports, leveraging the reach of social media influencers to create a fan-centric, highly engaging platform. Alongside the cricket matches, ECL organizes fan meet-ups, content creation opportunities, and various digital marketing initiatives, making it a platform that goes beyond sports and into lifestyle and entertainment.
3.1 Your access to the Platform and use of the services is conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Users, whether team owners, players, sponsors, influencers, or fans.
3.2 You must be at least 18 years old to accept these Terms and participate in the ECL, unless Your local jurisdiction allows otherwise. By accepting these Terms, You confirm You are of legal age or have the necessary consent.
3.3 By clicking “I AGREE” or availing of our services in any form, You enter into a legally binding agreement with ECL to comply with these Terms.
3.4 These Terms apply to all interactions with the ECL, whether You are a registered player, team owner, sponsor, influencer, or a casual visitor of the Platform. The Terms apply equally to any entity You represent.
3.5 ECL reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. If You do not accept the changes, you may terminate Your account by contacting us at support@eclt10.in.
3.6 Breach of these Terms may result in suspension of Your account, termination of participation in the ECL, and possible legal action.
4.1 The ECL platform provides services related to cricket league management, including but not limited to: • Enabling teams to register and participate in the league; • Providing match schedules and real-time updates; • Facilitating sponsorship and endorsement opportunities for teams and players; • Organizing cricket matches between teams of influencers. • Providing live streaming and media coverage of matches across various social media platforms. • Facilitating influencer marketing campaigns in partnership with brands. • Offering sponsorship opportunities for brands targeting the influencer audience. • Conducting fan engagement events such as meet-and-greets, online Q&A sessions, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content. • Managing contracts between players, teams, and sponsors; • Offering fan engagement through digital content, live streaming, and social media interactions. 4.2 ECL may update or modify the services at its discretion to improve the league's operations.
5.1 Services may temporarily be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond Our control, including geographical restrictions or legal prohibitions.
5.2 ECL is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors outside its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemics.
6.1 To participate in the ECL, you must register on the Platform and create an account. Team owners, players, and sponsors will be required to provide necessary details for registration.
6.2 You will need to provide Your name, contact information, and other relevant details as specified during the registration process.
6.3 Upon registering, you will create a user ID and password to access Your account. You are responsible for safeguarding this information and ensuring the security of Your account.
6.4 Team owners can create sub-accounts for team staff, such as coaches, managers, and media representatives, for better management.
6.5 Players and team representatives are not allowed to create multiple accounts. If found, duplicate accounts may be terminated.
6.6 By registering, you agree to receive communication from ECL via email, SMS, or in-app notifications regarding match updates, sponsorships, and league-related announcements.
6.7 ECL prohibits competitors or their representatives from accessing or using the Platform.
6.8 You are responsible for all activities under Your account. If You suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Us immediately.
7.1 Teams can view player profiles and submit offers for their participation in the ECL. Player profiles are accessible only to registered teams, and players can view team profiles but not those of other players.
7.3 ECL facilitates the execution of contracts between teams and players through third-party e-signature platforms. ECL is not responsible for the content or enforceability of these contracts.
7.4 ECL stores the contracts securely, but it is not liable for any breach, loss, or misuse of data caused by third-party service providers.
7.5 ECL does not guarantee the identity of players, teams, or sponsors and advises Users to exercise caution when entering into agreements.
7.6 We do not guarantee the identity of Employers, End-Users working for any Employers, or Candidates and therefore advise Users to exercise caution while using Our Services. We do not guarantee the authenticity of a job offer, or the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by Users on the Platform. It is the responsibility of Users to verify the information and ensure that it meets their requirements before entering into any agreements or engagements.
8.1 Each team shall consist of 15 players in the main squad, with an additional 5 players listed as backups for injury or unforeseen circumstances.
8.2 Players must have a minimum of 100,000 combined followers across Instagram and YouTube (fake or recently added followers will not be accepted).
8.3 Players must not have an ESPN Cricinfo profile, indicating that they should not have participated in any BCCI or ICC-conducted matches or tournaments.
8.4 All teams are required to have at least one coach, one physio, and one team manager.
8.5 A maximum of 7 players with fewer than 500,000 followers is allowed in the 15-man squad.
8.6 No more than 3 cricket content creators (i.e., those whose primary content involves playing club or corporate cricket) are allowed in the playing XI.
8.7 The League reserves the right to reject any player based on a valid reason, which will be duly communicated to the team captain or player.
8.8 The playing XI selection will adhere to the upcoming guidelines, which will be released soon
9.1 By registering for the Services and paying the registration fees, you acknowledge and agree that: • If you do not meet the criteria of having 100,000 followers on any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram or YouTube (whether individually or combined), your registration will be deemed invalid. • In such cases, the registration fee of Rs 5,000 will not be refunded under any circumstances. You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria before making the payment.
10.1 As a User of the Platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account and using our Services. • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. • Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and agree to comply with all applicable laws. • Respect the rights of other Users and refrain from any behaviour that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable. • Not engage in any form of spam, unsolicited advertising, or other disruptive behaviour on the Platform.
11.1 All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are the property of Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal and non-commercial use.
11.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.
12.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.2 Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Entertainers Cricket League (ECL), if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entertainers Cricket League (ECL), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Gurgaon, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
16.1 By participating in the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following • Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) will not provide any travel allowance for individuals who select a city for participation in the Services. • Upon your selection of a city, you accept that all travel expenses incurred in relation to your participation shall be your sole responsibility, and Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) shall bear no financial obligation for such expenses.
17.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the same.
17.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
17.4 These Terms may not be assigned or transferred by you without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at our sole discretion without restriction.
